Our speed sensor adapter kits adapt Toyota speed sensors to Ford super duty axles for maintaining OEM electronics functionality when doing a straight axle swap.
Yes all of our current kits are for Toyota to ford swaps.
for 2004- axles we could only accommodate rear sensors which will keep functionality of your speedometer and odometer but will not keep full functionality of ABS systems or remove all dash lights. we are currently testing running all 4 sensors off of the rear axle but have not yet confirmed reliability.
Currently we only make kits to fit OEM Super duty axles and do not accept custom jobs. We are always working to streamline our products and bring new offerings so we are open to suggestions.
if you have all 4 sensors working you should in theory retain all OEM functionality. when you delete so many systems from the vehicle some of the error codes that get created cannot be erased with a simple OBD2 scanner. you may need to go to the dealer or a mechanic with an advanced scanner to clear those codes and reset the systems.
We recommend keeping the brake system on the chassis side as close to factory as possible. With the full sensor kit you should retain traction control, crawl control, antilock brakes, A-trac, speedometer, odometer etc...
No, with large diameter tires you will need a module to correct for the tire size just like when you put bigger tires on a stock truck.
